Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Samuel Greer, we take great care in providing accurate descriptions and clear, detailed photography for every item we sell. As our pieces are often pre-owned and unique, we strongly encourage you to review all images and information carefully before making a purchase.

If you require any additional details before buying, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we are happy to help and aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned items must:

  • Be in the exact same condition as received

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

  • Have the return ribbon/security tag fully intact and not removed

If the return ribbon or security tag has been removed or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

To initiate a return, please email samgreerdavies@gmail.com. We will provide full return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Condition of Returned Items

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured delivery service and ensuring the item is securely packaged for transit. Samuel Greer cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

  • Original international shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any customs duties or taxes paid on international purchases are non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please complete the return process (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up until the point of dispatch.

To request a cancellation, please email samgreerdavies@gmail.com as soon as possible. As we aim to dispatch orders promptly, your item may already have been shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be handled under the 14-day cooling-off return process outlined above.
