By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Items may show signs of wear consistent with prior use

  • All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible

  • Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen display differences

  • Fit for purpose

4. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all items sold are authentic.

If you believe an item is not authentic, you must notify us promptly upon receipt and in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before purchase.

We may update prices prior to order acceptance.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

If a genuine pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order before dispatch and provide a full refund.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the item.

We may cancel an order prior to dispatch if:

  • There has been a clear pricing error

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

7. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Risk passes to you when goods are delivered to you (or a person you nominate).

  • We remain responsible for goods until delivery occurs.

If we fail to deliver within 30 days (or the agreed timeframe), you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.

8. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a UK or EU consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us clearly within 14 days of delivery.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods; or

  • Receiving evidence that they have been returned.

We will refund the standard delivery cost (but not any upgraded delivery option).

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

This cancellation right does not apply to:

  • Sealed items which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (if applicable).

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund
